What's the best way to share my Doodlecast videos?

When you save a video in Doodlecast for Kids you can access it by going to the Photos app. From there you can select your video and tap the share button (the curved arrow emerging from a box). Another easy way to access your videos is to import them to your computer using iPhoto.

You can import the videos to your computer using iPhoto. Or you can use the youtube app.

What are the OS requirements for Tickle Tap Apps?

Please check the iTunes App Store for any individual Tickle Tap App OS requirements.

We recommend upgrade to the most recent version of iOS available. Select your device in iTunes and click on the 'Check for Update' button.

How can I prevent my child from opening other apps or changing settings while using Tickle Tap Apps?

We suggest enabling restrictions on your device. This allows you to temporarily block Safari, YouTube, the iTunes store and even specific songs. Once your child is finished playing you can easily disable restrictions. Follow these directionsto enable and customize your restriction settings.

One of my Tickle Tap Apps quit unexpectedly. What can I do?

We recommend that you restart your iPhone or iPod Touch. To restart, first turn device off by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button until a red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider and device will turn off after a few moments. Next, turn the device on by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears. If this does not resolve the problem delete the app from your device and iTunes, download a fresh copy from the App Store and re-install it.
